Sensilla ships Australia wide. We offers flat rate shipping on all order under $100 and FREE shipping on order over $100.
Orders will be sent via Australia Post or courier service. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Sensilla is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment confirmation. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email advising on delivery method and expected time of arrival. Your order delivery may take up to 3 -10 days from dispatch to be received.
If you have not received your order within 10 days from dispatch. Please send us an email [email protected] and we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
